By accessing or using Honey Transcription Services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Honey Transcription provides audio-to-text transcription services including, but not limited to: audio transcription, video transcription, medical transcription, legal transcription, academic transcription, and real-time live transcription. The specific service scope is defined in your service agreement or order form.
All files, recordings, and content submitted to Honey Transcription are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose your content to any third party without explicit consent, except where required by law. All data is stored on encrypted servers and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
For medical transcription clients, all processes comply with HIPAA regulations.
We strive for 99%+ accuracy on all transcription projects. Accuracy is defined as the percentage of words correctly transcribed. Factors that may affect accuracy include audio quality, strong accents, background noise, and highly technical terminology. In cases where accuracy falls below agreed standards, we offer revisions at no additional cost.
Payment is due as per the agreed pricing plan or invoice. For project-based work, a 50% deposit may be required before commencement. Refunds are offered in cases where the delivered transcript does not meet the minimum agreed accuracy after two revision attempts.
The completed transcripts are the intellectual property of the client. Honey Transcription retains no rights to the content of transcribed materials. Our proprietary software, processes, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Honey Transcription Services.
Honey Transcription shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, errors, or omissions in the transcription, beyond the amount paid for the specific project in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
